Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use DeggahTask. By using the service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use DeggahTask on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@deggahtask.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code; (d) automate or script abusive volumes of voice or text commands; (e) interfere with other users' access or with the service's infrastructure; (f) submit content that infringes intellectual property or that is harmful, harassing, or illegal.

DeggahTask is not affiliated with Todoist, Google, Apple, Microsoft, or any other third party whose services you may connect. When you connect a third-party service, your use of that service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. You authorize DeggahTask to execute the actions you request through those services on your behalf. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing decisions made by those providers.

DeggahTask is currently free to use during the TestFlight and early access period. We may introduce paid plans in the future, billed through Stripe or another payment processor. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies for any paid plans will be presented before purchase and constitute a separate agreement.

The DeggahTask name, logo, design, software, and content (excluding user data and content from third-party services) are owned by Majed Almugairin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or internal business purposes consistent with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through DeggahTask, including voice command transcriptions and survey responses. You grant us a limited license to process that content as needed to operate the service (route commands, store history, compute analytics). We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.

DeggahTask is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Voice transcription and intent parsing are inherently probabilistic and may produce incorrect or unexpected results — always review confirmation prompts before destructive actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeggahTask and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify signed-in users. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
